2. Client Eligibility

​

- Clients must be 18 years or older or have written parental/guardian consent.

- Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care. If you have a medical condition, please consult with a healthcare provider before booking a session.

- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if a session is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

- Appointments must be booked in advance.

- A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the service cost).

- Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, but the full session price will still apply.

- If a client chooses to end a session early, they are still responsible for paying the full cost of the originally scheduled service.

4. Payment & Refunds

- Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.

- All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a session is completed.

- Package deals or prepaid sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

5. Health & Safety

​

- Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before receiving a massage.

- If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment.

- Any inappropriate behavior (including but not limited to harassment, misconduct, or requests beyond therapeutic services) will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund, and future services will be denied.
